"When we look into the heart, may our eyes have
the kindness and reverence of candlelight."

-John O'Donohue

presents
"Unfolding the Heart"
...

a retreat for men

with

Alfred DePew
& Sequoia

downtown Vancouver

12-14 September 2008

Come together with
other open-hearted men
to explore ways of deepening
our caring connections, and expanding our repertoire
of authentic contact
with self and other.

We'll play with
movement and stillness,
words and silence,
writing, dreaming, touching...
to connect to our
aliveness within
and with one another.

Bring curiosity, enthusiasm, an open heart, a notebook and pen and a "bag supper."

Where to stay

Cost:

$250 if paid in full by Aug 31
$295 thereafter
